Basic Terms & Agreements

*A $200 security/damage deposit is required (refundable pending an inspection)
*13% lodging and sales tax will be added to the above rate 
*A $70 cleaning fee is required (this takes place before and after each booking)
*Rates are subject to change without notice
*Full rental payment must be received in full 30 days prior to check-in
*Payments accepted Cashier's Checks or Money Order
*No Pets Allowed
*No Smoking
*Please note that Other Terms & Agreements will be listed on the Rental Agreement

Cancellation Policy

*All reservations are subject to a $25 processing fee
*14 days or less - full forfeiture of rent and deposit
*15 - 60 days - $75 cancellation fee
*61 - 90 days - $30 cancellation fee
*91 days or more - full refund, less processing fee
*no refunds for early departures.
